KEK-Kaschierungen has been operating as a finisher in the development, production and distribution of individual laminating solutions for over six decades. At our Herbolzheim location, we manufacture laminations for the automotive, furniture and construction industries, as well as massage and treatment beds.

The main applications are in seat structures, door trims, headliners, sun visors, arm rests, I-panels as well as pillar trims.

Office chairs, jewelry boxes, laminations for insulation, caravan sector, manufacture of reclining surfaces for massage and treatment tables (including wood cutting, laminating, sewing and upholstery) are also among the main applications.
 

Conventional and special laminating techniques:

• Flame laminations (max. width 2,100 mm)
• Dispersion adhesive laminations (1,400 mm)
• Hot melt adhesive laminations (2,400 mm / without edge trimming 2,500 mm)
• Adhesive fabric laminations (2,200 mm)
• Powder laminations (2,100 mm)
